This Is An Aftermarket Kenmore Daewoo Refrigerator Flow Meter Valve which replaces 60148-0001701-01 or SMWF0.5~2.0LPM. It is just the flow meter itself, this module snaps on replaced the old flow meter. In most cases its just the flow meter that is leaking not the blue body of the valve. ( see video below ).
