Returns are not accepted. This site is not intended for amateurs, we cant accept returns on the basis you purchased the wrong item or the item didn't fix your issue due to an incorrect diagnoses. In the event you receive a non functional product we will exchange it for an identical unit. This is your sole redress for any defective claims.
Shipping
We ship to any USA physical or PO Box. We don't ship to APO/AE addresses etc. Most items ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail which is 1-3 days transit time. Most items ship the day or next business day.
